I can only wish Rollan Gusev the best of luck at Lapid. Although, to be honest, I doubt that the fight for survival is his strong point. He is a different coach, not abusive at all. On the other hand, at Dynamo he was considered damp, but here he has a chance to grow and hit big. Sharonov will be on his coaching staff, but not Zhirkov. Which is generally understandable, I wrote about yurts here a few days ago.
