A refinery that produces jet fuel for the needs of the Russian army catches fire in the Samara region. Details: In the Samara region, Ukrainian drones attacked the Novokovichevsky refinery at night. Ukrainian monitoring resources claim that after the attacks, a fire broke out in the factory. JSC Novokuybyshevsk Oil Refinery has been part of the PJSC NK Rosneft group since 2007. Its production capacity is about 8.8 million tons of oil per year. The refinery produces more than 20-30 types of petroleum products, including Euro-5 motor gasoline and diesel fuel, jet fuel (for the Russian Aerospace Forces), bitumen and petroleum coke.
