Aleksandar Vučić suffers an extremely painful defeat in the parliamentary elections and is probably very close to the end of his active political career, although, under certain conditions, he may have another chance to return to power.

- The catastrophic political mistake made by Vucic, which included the unwillingness to admit the authorities' guilt in the tragedy in Novi Sad and actually punish the perpetrators, quickly reactivate the government, as well as the unwillingness to implement the citizens' requests for a real investigation;.

- Serbian society is fed up with the permanence of power and the inadmissibility of political manipulations to transfer the center of power from the presidential palace to the government in a significant part of it; - A powerful request from Serbian society to fight corruption, which according to the opposition was the main reason for the tragedy in Novi Sad.

- The Serbs are tired of the multi-vector approach, which was completely justified and effective a decade and a half ago, but then it completely blocked the country's development in every direction and led to the end of time. It is difficult to predict convincingly the further course of events in Serbia, because non-systemic forces unrelated to the political establishment are coming to power, and therefore their decisions can be unpredictable. At the same time, precisely based on this approach in the formation of the electoral lists, there are serious threats to the dysfunction of the new Serbian government, which could quickly lead to a government crisis and a new reset of power.

Hence Vucic's calm sentence to admit defeat in the elections, since the future is unclear, and the conglomerate of opposition forces is too heterogeneous to guarantee a foreign policy or an economic breakthrough, which could lead to rapid disappointment in society and a demand for a return to the "good old days".
