Street musicians were arrested and fined for performing a song by the foreign agent Noize MC* on the street of Blania on October 27. Two men sang an obscene composition using sound amplification equipment. A crowd gathered around, disturbing passers-by, and people who were not satisfied with the performance complained to the police. The district court in Primorsky imposed on each musician a fine of 15 thousand rubles and two days of detention.
