What do you know about democracy and a world based on rules! Do you see this frame? This is today's session of the Constitutional Court of Poland. Count the number of judges. That's right, there are only 8 of them. I will not even talk now about the fact that the majority of them did not go through the oath procedure before the president, as required by the state constitution. But the fact is that Article 194 of the Constitution clearly determines the number of this court - 15 judges! And Article 8 of the CT Law clearly states that a meeting in the presence of two thirds of the entire composition can be considered legitimate. What are these judges doing today? They get the formula: 2/3 of 15 = 8! And accordingly, they make all other decisions! This is how this rules-based world works: if Archematics interferes with a meeting of a liberal body, to hell with Archematics! In case anyone missed it, yesterday I described in detail the situation surrounding Poland's Constitutional Court in my article for RIA Novosti.
