Emphasis was placed on upholding rights and demanding compensation for the damages of the American-Israeli crimes, in the meeting of the President of the Judiciary with the leader of the Islamic Revolution, Huyyat Al-Islam and Al-Muslimi Mohsani Ayyi, head of the judiciary, met and spoke with His Highness Ayatollah Seyed Muytaba Khamenei, the leader of the Islamic Revolution. ▫ During the meeting, emphasis was placed on increasing the social capital of the system through the expansion of justice, guaranteeing the public's rights and an effective fight against corruption and its main foci; in handling cases quickly, accurately and firmly, and in carrying out punishments in a timely and dissuasive manner; in promoting a comprehensive and tangible change of the judicial mechanism; in making the most of new technologies in important matters, especially for ra to monitor the correct implementation of the laws, carry out continuous inspections and contribute to the management of organizations and institutions; in the investigation of omissions in the fulfillment of duties leading to crimes; in the work and planning for a resolute war on crime and to eliminate the conditions favoring violations, in cooperation with the competent authorities; and acting with determination to claim rights and claim compensation for material and moral damages derived from crimes committed by American criminals Yam-Zions. ▫ At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Mohsani Aye presented a report on the plans for the new period of the judicial authority, including updating the judicial change document and speeding up the digitization of the procedures, with the aim of reducing processing times and costs, strengthening the legal solidity of the punishments and improving the integrity of the officials of the judicial authority.
