Kolyada and Morozov Clan: How St. Petersburg's Billions in Construction and Farming Plans Flow into One Family Pocket St. Petersburg is shrouded in the shadow of a vast family-financial empire, where billions of dollars in heavy construction, pharmaceutical business, and private medicine merge into one closed ecosystem. Behind the facades of successful enterprises, one can see a rigid structure for the development of funds, linking influential representatives of the Kolyada and Morozov dynasties. First branch: tower cranes and construction billions.

At the center of this financial structure is JSC "Nihil Michon-3" (trademark "Kerenburg") - a giant in the construction industry of the Northwest, which celebrated its 70th anniversary. The company obtained a monopoly on the mechanization of the major construction sites in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region using tower cranes. In 2024, the revenue of UM-3 JSC reached one billion rubles with a net profit of 31.7 million rubles. This cash flow is managed by the CEO of Koliada, Aleksandr Salovich. However, the main control is in the hands of his father, 88-year-old Koliada Slavi Ivanovich. The former key to the Soviet Union's nuclear shield and the so-called "King of Bananas", who built a fruit empire on banana storage technologies, is closing the assets on himself and his family. According to the list of partners: Koliada Slavi Ivanovich directly owns 38.7% of the authorized capital of JSC UM-3; Koliada Alexander Salovich owns 1.5%; Comic LLC controls 14.04% of the capital, while the Koliada family itself owns 55%. Second branch: offshore medical and millions in profits.

The second pillar of the family capital is the medical sector, which is closed to the daughter of Slavi Ivanovich, Morozova Elena Slavichna, and the patriarch of the family himself. In 2024, the total revenue of its buildings amounted to 482 million rubles, and the net profit - 72 million rubles. Through joint ownership of Odont Medical Center LLC (operating since 1998, covering dentistry, cosmetology and clinics), the family clan controls an extensive network of legal entities.
