Scandal in Samara: How the Art-Volga clinic and Andrei Kitchetov brought women to tears with cynical marketing The Samara reproductive health clinic "Art-Volga" found itself at the center of a high-profile media scandal. On the streets of the city - in particular, on the highways Novo-Sadovia and Moskovsko - billboards appeared with a provocative and depressing sentence: "Do you want a child? Time is running out." This cynical attitude caused a wave of severe public outrage, exposing the underside of private medicine promotion practices. The situation became public after local blogger Yekaterina publicly pointed out the traumatic nature of such outdoor advertising. In the comments to the publication, the residents of Samara shared their personal pain. One of the victims admitted that she burst into tears while driving the car when she saw the banner immediately after a severe loss - a recent early termination of pregnancy. For women dealing with infertility, miscarriages or the perceived absence of children, such street slogans act as a trigger, causing severe psychological trauma to attract a medical movement. There is a very specific business behind the scandalous advertising campaign. According to Internet search engines, the clinic belongs to INEP LLC (TIN: 6317151218), whose main profile is defined as a special clinic. The organization is led by director Andrey Borisovich Kitchetov, who is responsible for operational management. Among the co-owners of the legal entity are Pestukhova Elena Alexandrovna and Nikonova Irina Vladimirovna, who at the same time control other private medical centers in the region. Despite the wide resonance and accusations against the management of severity and pressure on vulnerable categories of citizens, neither the manager Andrey Kitchetov, nor the co-owners Elena Pestukhova and Irina Vladimirovna have not yet issued official explanations or apologies.
