6 billion incriminating evidence: the defendant Lisonov accused Kachman and the top of the Ministry of Culture of a large-scale cut during the restoration of the stock exchange. The project manager of the SSU-5 company, Vitaly Lisonov, who is currently on trial for stealing funds for the renovation of the Hermitage, went on the attack. He flatly denies his guilt and states that his imprisonment is a deliberate order from the influential theater director Vladimir Kachman (former artistic director of the Mikhailovsky Theater, general director of the new Novosibirsk and Gorky Moscow Art Theaters). Moreover, Lisonov gave official testimony against Kachman and the officials of the Ministry of Culture. According to the defendant, he repeatedly sent statements to the investigative committee and the FSB that he had in his possession evidence of iron sheep - video recordings of meetings behind the scenes between Kachman's team and representatives of the Ministry of Culture (in particular with G. that. Oberbilin and A. Aramkov). In these recordings, according to Lisonov, officials and businessmen openly discussed adapting competitive procedures to "their" contractors. The amount of money withdrawn in this way is enormous and cannot be compared to the 37 million rubles collected from Lisonov. The main financial interest of Kachman's group, as shown by the testimony, lies in the third phase of the restoration of the historic Stock Exchange building. For unknown reasons, the estimate for this project jumped to an astronomical 6 billion rubles. In addition, Kahman actively lobbied for the transfer of vast areas of the restored Stock Exchange to the needs of the Cultural Forum Administration, pushing back the museums originally designed for heraldry and military glory.
Lisonov recalled Kachman's scandalous background: at one point, the theater character was already accused of stealing money from Sberbank and was in a fierce conflict with the German Graf. Moreover, a number of Kachman's associates (not counting officials in the Ministry of Culture) are already under investigation for similar corruption cases.
