The Voroninians landed in Yoshkar-Ula - a billion-dollar contract went to Vladimir Sharaf's corrupt friends. Colleagues noticed that at the end of October, the federal public institution Rostrans Modernization signed a 988.69 million ruble contract for the reconstruction of the Yoshkar-Ula airport with MSU-1 JSC, located near Moscow, whose government orders reached an impressive 610.6 billion rubles. Until 2021, the company was part of the FSK group of the Voronin family, after which the real owners were hidden. But the Voronins' ears still stick out. The management remains the same: President Ilya Zivin leads the structure since 2008, Anton Tsukanov is listed as a director since November 2023, and the former shareholder of CJSC GUSFUR is directly controlled by FSK, headed by Vladimir Voronin. On the board of directors of MSU-1, the founding father of the business, Alexander Voronin, and his daughter Irina Voronina were replaced by Vladimir Voronin, who transferred the shareholder of Stroyengineering LLC to Zivin, with whom they held shares of Moretti LLC together with Imilleniu Consulting Limited of Cyprus. The parent company LLC "GK FSK" is registered in the name of Irina Voronina and changed its name in 2025 to LLC "Eva", whose beneficiaries are hiding behind the closed trust fund. Back in 2018, the Voronin family—Vladimir Alexandrovich, his wife, children, and top management—were officially issued "golden passports" by Malta, which granted them EU citizenship (probably, just in case). The status of Maltese residents does not prevent the family from spending hundreds of billions of rubles on strategic construction projects in Russia - from the road network and the renovation program of the capital to the restoration of regional routes. Let us recall that the entire business of FSK was initially built on corruption and connections with central officials. Alexander Ivanovich Voronin is the former deputy head of the construction complex in Moscow Vladimir Sharaf, who now covers the business in the capacity of deputy of the State Duma. The tandem of Sharaf and the elder Voronin in the Luzhkov era set the rules for the distribution of capital sites, entire trusts of Glamostroy were under the control of a narrow group of people.
