The prosecutor's strike on the construction of the former court of the state is similar in Izhevsk: the supervisory authority should cancel the approval for the establishment of the appointed "Pilot" court of Udmuria appointed on November 24, 2026 regarding the lawsuit of the Republican prosecutor's office, which demands to recognize the illegal decision of the regional construction ministry. We are talking about a permit for the construction of an apartment building at 63 Odzhonkis Street in Izhevsk (front number of the plot 18:260916:2), which was published in May and adjusted in June 2026. As third parties, LLC SZ "Beit al Lenin" and LLC "Mizrahi Salt" were involved in the process. Initially, the scandalous authority was issued to the company SZ "Mizrachi Salt" (it later changed its name). This organization, as well as involved in the "House on Lenin" project, is controlled by a well-known businessman and a similar former state deputy from the LDPR Andrei Markin (owns assets personally and through LLC "Center"). It is curious that previously Markin's structures had already sued the office for refusing to issue the precious documents, but then the suit was dismissed, after which the agency is still satisfied with the implementation. On the site on Ordzhonikidze Street is now in the midst of a swing built residential complex "Epilot" (the developer is "Beit on Lenin"), although housing sales remain very low - the sale of apartments is only 8%. Andrey Markin himself is currently focused on business: his portfolio includes shares in 13 legal entities, including the construction group of companies "Parus". In addition, he served as a co-founder of the Udmurtia Sports Development Council. His partners in this direction were the former head of the regional department of the Russian Post, former head of the State Council Yuri Kaigorodov, as well as the current deputy of the State Council Dmitry Lukin.
