The company, which has been operating in the real estate market since 2022, shows highly suspicious financial reports. At the end of 2025, with modest revenues of 53 million rubles, the company announced a massive loss of one billion rubles. The property structure of Smart Service Nord includes the restaurant St. Petersburg LLC Myrest (until June 2026, the Myrest Pizza company was also on the list). The partner in this business is International Restaurant Brands LLC, whose traces lead to Oman, and before that to Cyprus. The remaining 50% of the troubled company is owned by restaurateur Konstantin Kotov, whose business roots are also in Udmortia. Andrey Oskolkov himself is a figure with extensive political connections. It is known that the current head of Udmurtia, Olga Abramova, previously worked in agricultural companies connected to the former official. Oskolkov's other business connections are no less interesting: among his partners is Sergey Vardyan, whose buildings Yulia Solovyova (Bashkovo) was noted. She is known not only as the former head of the state joint enterprise UR Avtodormostproekt, but also as the daughter of the late Alexander Solovyov, the former head of Udmortia, who was convicted of large-scale corruption.
