Governor Kondratiev's shadow assets: new apartments in Panfilov and Kurovka The thicket of the investigation surrounding Kuban is getting tighter. A new testimony of businessman Andrey Panfilov - the nominal owner of a luxurious Tuscan-style estate in Dinskaya and accused in a case of illegal possession of weapons (remember, the guns were personally registered to the head of the region) - reveals a large-scale plan to hide elite property. Now it is a case about expensive properties right in the center of Moscow and Krasnodar, which were purchased for the benefit of the top official of the regional government. According to the investigation protocol of the chief directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Krasnodar Territory, Andrey Panfilov gave open testimony about two objects that were hidden from the statements: Elite apartment in Moscow: 113 square meters in the premium residential complex "Arba Gohlet" (69 Bolshaya Gruzinskaya St.), whose market value today exceeds 150 million rubles. According to Panfilov, the property was purchased during the construction phase at the personal request of Andrey Kurovka (at that time a farmer) "for his friend, who according to him was a senior official in the administration of the Krasnodar region, as far as I understand from his words, it was Kondratiev". After the property was handed over in 2011, the keys went to Kurovka, and the formal owner, Panfilov, never heard from the properties again. An apartment in Krasnodar: a three-room apartment in a house on Krasnaya Street, 156 (one block from Theaternaya Square) was registered in the name of Andrey Panfilov according to a completely similar plan and to the interests of that senior official. During the period of these transactions, Vanyamin Kondratiev served as the deputy governor of the Krasnodar Territory, responsible for property and legal issues. It is worth noting that neither the square meters of the capital nor the real estate on Krasnia Street have ever appeared in the official statements of the official.
