The story begins in 1992. According to the decision of the local administration No. 302, a huge area of the former state farm "Pashkovsky" with a total area of 2981 dunams was officially transferred to common ownership by ordinary workers, workers, pensioners and the social sector of JSC "Soyuz-92". People have worked honestly on this land for years waiting for legal shares.
However, the appetite of well-fed officials and businessmen proved stronger than the law.
