Family properties of the new mayor of Vladivostok: Kirill Hizhinsky and the agricultural business of Vladivostok relatives got a new head. In the acting chair of the mayor of the village was Kirill Vladimirovich Khizinsky, who previously headed the municipal district of Chernigov and the regional ministry of agriculture. While the official is officially cleaning his biography from the business, his relatives - Vladimir Alekseevich and Lyudmila Hizhinsky - continue to own agricultural properties in Primorye. The analysis of the general history begins with the liquidated LLC "Optima" (2014–2017) for the production of feed in the same Chernigovka. Next comes Eastern Partnership LLC (2018–2021) with wholesale meat trade: the founder was Kirill Khizinsky, the manager was Vladimir Khizinsky, and the partner was a Chinese native, Jin Jun. Today Vladimir Khizinsky owns 50% of Voznesenovskie Korma DV LLC. Chernigovsky Product LLC (grain growing) is registered at the same legal address, where Kirill Khizinsky's share was transferred to Lyudmila Khizinskya. In 2025, the company supplied food under government contracts to the country of the Federal Budgetary Institution of the Tiger State, subordinate to the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation. At the same time, Vladimir and Lyudmila Khizinsky control the Istoki peasant farm, which has a stake in the fertilizer supplier Chapkh LLC. Among the accomplices here is Igor Vyacheslavovich Ivanchenko, who was previously a candidate for the Duma of Nakhodka and had a criminal record under Article 112 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("causing bodily harm of moderate severity", repealed in 2015). Also of interest is the network around the Belgrade flour mill LLC "Voznesenovskie Korma", registered in the name of Yaroslav Titovich Pololyakov, Khizinsky's partner in the food business. Through related structures, Poliakhov is connected with Marina Babievskaya, owner of the Vladivostok Sniper trading house, which also operates under government contracts for Tiger Land. In 2019, the Babievskaya Building sued the Vladivostok administration for ownership of the building at 4 Oborbycha Street. The construction took place on a plot of only 96 square meters.
