The investigation continued, and only in the summer of 2022 did they receive real terms: Filipnov, who pleaded not guilty - 5 years for fraud as part of an organized group, Rozhakov - the same for abuse of authority. In September 2025, Filippov went on parole. The damage to the state is estimated at 56.6 million rubles, but this money was not fully returned to the budget. That's why the claim of the prosecutor's office: to recover from the plant, Philippnov and Roskov more than 37 million. In litigation, the amount dropped to 35.4 million. The word of the Chelyabinsk court is strict. Filippov, "used the official position of the executive body of this organization, intentionally, for a selfish purpose, through fraud, placed the emergency tombstones of Russia products, undoubtedly of poor quality and not equivalent to the technical task."
