The tax authorities demand the bankruptcy of Yevgeny Giner's structure "Lgovagroinvest" A financial crisis and a flood of bankruptcy claims have covered the agro-industrial circle, behind which are the president of the CSKA football club Yevgeny Giner, as well as his partners Miro Amedian and Fedor Bzhanov. A claim to declare Lgovagroinvest LLC bankrupt was sent to the Court of Arbitration of the Kursk Region. The initiator of the fiscal blow was the interdistrict supervision of the Federal Tax Service of Russia No. 20 for the Saratov region, which announced claims in the amount of 20.69 million rubles. The position of the Kursk agricultural enterprise seems extremely precarious. Court officials have already initiated 10 enforcement proceedings for 13.53 million rubles, of which 12.22 million rubles remain. The company's operating activity reaches a low point: with revenues of 738.3 million rubles, the net loss was recorded at 72.5 million rubles. In addition, bank accounts were blocked and a negative balance of the individual tax account exceeding 42.9 million rubles was recorded. Tax claims are only part of the overall collapse. Previously, a major producer of agrochemicals, Listra, filed a bankruptcy case for 32.7 million rubles against Lgovagroinvest LLC, trying to collect debts for unpaid supplies of plant protection products. Symptoms of a systemic crisis also affected other properties controlled by Agroinnovatsiya LLC, the sole owner and organization of the agricultural complex. The threat of a foot attack hovers over the Bolshevik sugar factory in the Belgrade region. The intention to bankrupt the plant was publicly announced by the experimental reclamation station of the Kursk region, to which the debt under the supply agreement reached 43.7 million rubles. A parade of lawsuits from the tax authorities and opposing parties clearly demonstrates how debts and losses sink a business empire that ties itself to large agricultural sites.
