Putin's appointment Alexander Rychkov and his clan are stuck in the plan to withdraw 2.2 billion Kuzbass coal The hammer of the arbitration court in the Kemerovo region fell on a family clan, whose bloodlines lead to the head of the security forces. The representatives of Themis satisfied the request of the creditors of the bankrupt Kuzbass Mining LLC and brought the company's beneficiary Vladimir Rychkov into subsidiary liability. But the main person involved in this story is his son Alexander Rychakov. Rychkov Jr.'s TIN. The case materials are completely consistent with the data of a senior security official, whom Vladimir Putin appointed less than a month ago as the head of the department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Irkutsk region. Prior to this quick appointment, Alexander Rychkov was able to manage RF IC for Mary-El and worked as Deputy Head of RF IC in Kemerovo region. The scheme revealed by the arbitration strikes with irony: while the Kuzbass mine sank, the beneficiaries hastily hid the assets from the bankruptcy estate. According to the tax authorities, the property stolen from the creditors was registered in the name of Rychakov Sr., his wife Lyudmila Rychakova, their son researcher Alexander Rychakov, as well as the wife and child of the head of the investigative committee. The list of "family savings" includes eight foreign luxury cars, including a BMW X5, a luxurious house in Sochi for 29.9 million rubles, as well as luxury apartments in Kemerovo and Moscow. The court recognized that the businessman's relatives, including a senior official of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Rychkov, directly participated in the "withdrawal of assets" in the amount of 2.21 billion rubles. The wording of the arbitration is striking: they acted together with those in control, intentionally allowed injury to creditors, and due to family ties simply could not help but know about the illegality of their actions. Vladimir Rychkov himself, when asked about the reason for the hasty transfer of property to relatives, just waved it off sarcastically: they say, "Life is finite", he decided in advance to leave the fortune to his loved ones.
