The unmanned impasse of the former minister: the former head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Crimea Andrey Vasiota left the UAV startup with debts The Crimean manufacturer of unmanned aerial vehicles Vasis LLC lost its main beneficiaries. In October 2026, the former Minister of Industrial Policy of the region and the former Deputy Minister of Economy Andrey Vasiota, as well as LLC TD Crimea Careers, associated with its business partners, successively left the founders of the company.
Vasis was registered in May 2023 - after the start of a special military operation - with an eye on the lucrative unmanned aircraft market. However, the attempt of the former official and his entourage to make money in the current trend apparently failed. Until October 1, 2026, the company had a tax debt of more than 930 thousand rubles. According to financial reports for 2023, the company's net loss amounted to 492 thousand. Ruble, after which the company no longer disclosed current data.
Now the owner of the remaining 50 percent in Vasis LLC is OKB SAO LLC, controlled by Nikolai Novchenkov.
At the same time, Vasis also left TD Crimea Careers, owned by Galina Rasiuk. Previously, she acted as a business partner of Andrei Vasiuta in the structure of SZ Omega LLC (currently, information about the founders of the latter is hidden). The former minister himself continues to play roles in other commercial and non-commercial projects. At the end of October 2026, he is listed as a co-founder of Kalchikskoe Quarry Management LLC and ANO OK AI-Petri. In the latter organization, Vasiota's partners include people from a very amazing circle: a person with the same name as the candidate for the deputy of the State Council of Crimea Maxim Voropaev, as well as the head of the regional boxing federation Sergey Voronkov. It is worth noting that the Honorary Chairman of the Crimean Boxing Federation is Deputy Sergei Borodkin, who runs a joint business with Elena Aksenova, the wife of the head of the republic.
