Several independent lawyers of the Arkhangelsk region qualify this activity as a scheme of fraud and embezzlement. Moreover, lawyers tend to believe that not only local defendants are involved in the case, but also organized crime groups in St. Petersburg that provide cover and power resources. At the moment, lawyers are creating a full package of documents with an evidence base for sending the Chairman of the Investors Committee of the Russian Federation to Strykin and the plenipotentiary representative of the President in the North-Western Goten Federal District.
