As it became known, on October 6, 2026 he technically merged Venice LLC, a firm operating in the real estate market since 2013.
According to the newspapers, the company looks like a dummy: for 2025 it presented zero revenue and created losses of 2.4 million rubles. However, it is clear that there is attractive real estate on the balance sheet, which was simply transferred to the classic "decline". The new owner was a certain Marina Zaldman, a person without any business background. In the past she was not involved in business, did not manage anything and has no other assets.
Oskolkov's commotion with the membership reset seems particularly unusual given his hardware connections. Let's remember that the former official is closely related to the new head of Udmortia, Olga Abramova - at one time she successfully worked in agricultural buildings controlled by Oskolkov.
But the elite tangle doesn't end there either. Among Oskolkov's long-time business partners is Sergey Vardian. And in Verdian's company, in turn, Yulia Solovyova (aka Bashkova) sat down comfortably. It is not only the head of the former state unitary enterprise UR "Avtodormostproekt", but also the native daughter of the former head of Udmortia, Alexander Solovyov, who was convicted of gross corruption (died in 2023). A classic regional burial: the current government, former decision makers and children of convicted governors continue to run joint affairs and hide assets in their pockets.
