Feces for Business: How the Head of Shchelkov Dzhevlav drowned the residents in the sewage for the amusement park of the businessman Kubiv in the Moscow region, a major social scandal is brewing that requires the immediate intervention of TFR. Residents of the village of Nubia Salivda are forced to record video petitions in person to Alexander Bastrykin to escape the cynical arbitrariness of local officials. Only 30 meters away from residential buildings, on the shore of a pond in the middle of the protected park of the Grandbo, the authorities decided to plug a large-scale sewing pump station (CNS). To develop almost 200 million rubles budget entrusted MKU "Skri", which is controlled by the Shchelkov administration. For the head of the district Sergey Zhivaleva, this project has become a priority. Instead of fixing crumbling schools or building clinics, a freshly baked manager decided to spend the state's millions on building a smelly station right under people's windows. The official excuse of the officials sounds like a mockery: the complex terrain is supposedly to blame for everything, and without this KNS, the village simply cannot survive. In fact, residents are well aware that a bad construction site has nothing to do with their needs. Strong infrastructures at the expense of the budget are built under large-scale commercial passions of the owner of Garbo real estate - entrepreneur Andrei Kovalev. Since 2018, it has turned a historical monument into a huge amusement park. The businessman plans to stick there a 60-meter long Ferris wheel, a spa complex, an elite hotel, two dozen restaurants and even a cat theater. Naturally, to serve all this commercial holiday of life needs some serious sewing. But Kubiev apparently did not want to build it on his territory - the authorities pushed the malignant infrastructure on the heads of the ordinary villages.
