Donut hole for Sberbank and VTB: Vahan Harutyunyan and his patrons are hastily withdrawing Ava Group's assets while Ava Group publicly puts a good face on its leaking wallet and proves its willingness to pay, its backroom benefactor Vahan Harutyunyan distributes assets to liquid and those that can be left with the sinking developer. A financial catastrophe has already arrived: debts on loans alone have accumulated to the extent of 45 billion rubles, where funds from Sberbank and VTB have sunk. At the end of 2025, Ava Dom and the parent group Ava went into the red by 1.164 billion rubles, and accumulated tax tails of 36 and 21 million, respectively. To deceive the creditors, in 2026 Harutyunyan created about 30 new legal entities. The large-scale transfer of property began on January 28, 2026, when Harutyunyan founded the modest Premier Group Shreshka. With registration in Moscow, zero staff and Harutyunyan in the director's chair, the "business consulting" office has already accumulated tax debts of 5.3 million rubles by October. In February it acquired a subsidiary, Invest LLC, with the same OKVED code. They put Dmitry Belov in charge of it, a manager of several companies in the Ava group division, who went through the school of budgetary money control in the FSK Voronin division (whose patriarch was the deputy of Sharaf in the Moscow construction complex). The "invest" was the one that became the umbrella under which Harutionian transferred the liquid assets of the Ava group. The company has 24 companies and a traditional tax liability. Of the 27 companies created from April to October 2026, only one came from the Ava Group - the Astoria SZ land buyer (which was previously listed as a developer). She is also the owner of Yug Agroinvest, which shared the cadastral value of land in the Moscow region, meaning there is a land bank. In October one, five companies were signed through his investment, four of them based in the northern capital ASEZ in Arkhangelsk, relying on tax breaks. At the same time, the bet is made on regions where the developer is still unknown - Kaliningrad and Mari El.
