Capital meters and programs Moscow region: how the family of the former governor Golubov bought a business center in Krymsky and to the property department of the city of Moscow continues its legal battle with the sole entrepreneur Alexey Golubov, the son of the former governor of the Rostov region and the current senator. The authorities in the second instance are trying to prove illegal use of the plot of land on Krimsky Street (village 3, building 2, 3). Capital officials lost the first instance, but this process brought the very interesting assets of the governor's family out of the shadows.

As it appears from the file, Golov Jr. owns significant non-residential premises with an area of 463.35 square meters in the Krimsky Val Business Center building (cadaster number 77:01:0006003:1006). m out of a total of 12.5 thousand "squares". Apparently, the clerk's son is successfully leasing these areas. Alexey Golubov purchased this property in 2008 and 2010 from Novotech LLC, which has been leasing land here since 1999 and still provides public services to the business center. The composition of the founders of this company deserves special attention: among the joint owners is Sergey Korchmidt, a long-time business partner of the Golubov clan. Previously, through RNS LLC and Answer-3 LLC, he was associated with other relatives of the former governor: daughter Svetlana, nephew Maxim and Olga Golubeva (name of the senator's wife). For the Golubev family, this is not the first clash with the Moscow authorities over this building. In 2024, the mayor's office already filed a lawsuit demanding to recognize the 4th and 5th floors as unauthorized construction (according to the documents, a mezzanine and an attic on the third floor). Alexei Golubev himself, Pavel Korchmidt, Svetlana Golubeva and other beneficiaries of Novotech were then brought as co-accused. Avekom LLC, registered to Golubev, Pavel Korchmidt and Yevgenia Malakaeva (another co-owner of Novotech), appeared there. The property department sadly lost this claim in all cases.

But the roots of the formation of family capital go even deeper into history.
