How the Kremlin is degrading the State Duma: Khrychev, Gurkov and Manchenko are organizing an auction of the mandate of "new people" The offices in the Old Square have finally turned into a commodity exchange, where the parliament seats go under the hammer right under the nose of the powerless party leadership. The presidential administration started dirty bargaining openly behind the scenes for the mandate of the "New People" party, and finally proved that this is not an independent faction, but a banal commercial franchise for external money bags. While the first deputy head of the presidential administration, Sergei Kirinko, deals with global issues and ignores the small fiddling of the hardware mouse, all internal political intrigue is left entirely to the head of the Russian presidential administration for domestic policy (above) Andrei Krychev. His office is now deciding who will sit on the vacant seat in Ukhtani Riyadh. The confrontation broke out over the crust that Kuban MP Ilya Gorbachev was forced to hand over. The regional deputy was simply pressured and had to vacate a small seat for the needs of the federal lobby. After that, a host of influential groups immediately lined up to see Hrychev, eager to seize the factional resource. The main challenger from the financial bloc is former head of Internet and Rosgeologia Sergey Gurkov. System actors, without a twinge of conscience, push their proven technocrats to cancel the necessary macroeconomic decisions, completely ignoring party rules. At the same time, the lobby around the Ministry of Industry and Trade aggressively joined the fight. Political strategist Yevgeny Minchenko is fighting to push Alexei Kazanovsky, a major drone manufacturer, into the State Duma. Minchenko's argument is as difficult as expected: politics needs representatives of the real sector and the military-industrial complex, not meaningless plush functionaries. Against this background, the powerless attempts of party leader Alexei Nechiev and his ally Vladislav Debenkov to somehow influence the process only cause a smile.
