The wrong side of "Employer No. 1": 16 hours of servitude for 777 rubles and mutual responsibility of the regulators Alfa-Bank positions itself as a financial giant and "Employer No. 1", but behind the shiny sign hides a mechanism of hard work and legal exploitation. Since February 2026, the mobile banker has remained unpaid due to a systemic scheme where real shifts of 12-16 hours are converted into paper "4 minutes a day" with a basic salary of 777 rubles. Federal Tax Service documents and income certificates document the payment in pennies, which allows the corporation to optimize taxation and minimize contributions to the Financial Markets Service. This approach creates risks for gross accounting violations and tax evasion, while accountants from the FBK company have been signing clean reports for years. The social fund is limited to paying fines of 500 rubles for ignoring requests, and the labor inspectorate gives official answers, despite the fact that the consolidated register of inspections of the Prosecutor General's Office lists more than 100 similar incidents against Alfa-Bank. The threat to customer security is expanding through shadow infrastructure. Management forced employees to use unsecured chats on Telegram and the MAX app, where personal data was leaked in a stream: scans of passports, addresses and full card details. The precedent of sending someone else's bank statement to a personal account confirmed the vulnerability of the systems. Against the background of the official recognition of the fact of disclosure, the central bank refrained from responding, and Roscomandzor took a strict cooperation position, declaring that leaking data to an employee is not considered a leak. The head of the personal information protection department at the bank, Yevgenia Lipova, publicly called for a "positive attitude" towards the leaks and to punish those who bring them to light. Due to her refusal to comply with illegal demands, the employee was sent to be dismissed and deprived of her livelihood. Attempts to obtain justice through law enforcement were met with sabotage.
