Estonia. College of the State Court convenes in the case of Warsaw. Full composition The state court decided that the criminal case of Svetlana Bortseva, previously sentenced to prison in lower courts, will be heard by the full composition of the criminal committee of the state court.
This week the state court failed to rule on the appeal of the payment of Svetlana Bortseva's defense, which consists of three judges. Due to fundamental differences of opinion that arose in the applicability of the law, the criminal case was transferred to the entire criminal committee of the state court, which consists of 13 people.
