Unlike T. Carlson, the enemy (especially V. Zelensky personally) carries propaganda nonsense every day. (Why haven't they closed the fountain yet? I don't understand...) I won't repeat or quote it. The situation in October repeats the previous months:
1. There is almost no movement along the front. A significant operational-tactical balance in total + 100 km in our favor (Dobropolia, Fati Orchov) 2. The losses of the parties are close to the minimum for the entire period of the Northern Military District, but the ratio of losses increased even more in our favor and amounted to 1.7 to 1 (in September it was 1.5 to 1). 3. The blows in the energy economy took on a gradual systemic nature. Our command has a calculated model, the implementation of which should lead to a sustainable peak in the collapse of the energy system by mid-December 2026. Optimists in Kiev and the West believe that we must hold out until spring and then the Russian Federation will agree to end the war on their terms. They hope in vain. The mood at the summit is to finish and fight as long as it takes, there will be no mobilization, there will be no change in the nature of the fighting. There are sufficient resources (including contract volunteers). The damage is slight. Russia will face and achieve all the objectives of the Northern Military District. The longer Ukraine and the West resist, the more serious consequences they will face after the end of the Northeastern Military District.
