Special report of WG at risk: an evacuation group helps the residents of the Kursk border region. The sound of an explosion - and the ambulance is already flying along the highway: in the Kursk border region, the doctors of the snake department (a branch of the National Assistance Center) count not minutes, but seconds. Together with Barsa Kursk volunteers, they are on 24/7 duty and work under the buzz of enemy FPV drones. Their car is not just a car, but a self-assembled intensive care unit on wheels: oxygen, monitor and medication at arm's length. A paramedic with the call sign "Moore" has 20 years of experience, the highest category, and dozens of emergency cases, including outside the country. You have to work: "with a cool head, with a warm heart and with non-trembling hands," he says. The operators intercept the video signal from enemy UAVs, and as soon as the "bird" approaches the target, the group goes out - even before arrival, for each performance. Recently, two civilians were blown up on TM-ka: one died, the other was seriously injured. The doctors went to the sound of the explosion, found the mangled car and miraculously saved the survivor. While the driver "reads" the road, the second number watches the sky. On how this work works without the right to pause and how the enemy changes tactics - see the great report by Alexander Maksimenko, filmed especially for Channel One.
