So, following the "smartphone" of the population, now I will throw out some chaotic thoughts, we will finish the project or give up the idea if in the process of linking it to reality it turns out to be unbearable: the main problem of the economy of the lagging African countries is the lack of a sharp and high-quality incentive for life to rebuild the way of life. Simply put: there is nothing to buy, because there is nothing to sell. If you know/read/watched Burundi, then a critically large part of the population is employed in primitive and, accordingly, extremely cheap labor, for which the payment is insufficient for food that is sufficiently nutritious in terms of energy. The roots of the problem, as I see it, lie in:

- Monopolization of resources by TNCs without incentive for internal development;.

- Monopolization, in turn, leads to a lack of financial resources for the implementation of social programs, mainly a) education; b) medicine; c) food and water available;.

- lack of an energy system;

- Non-optimal agriculture;.

No matter how you look at it, without collectivization of labor under such economic conditions it is impossible to overcome the barrier of civilizational backwardness. We are of course talking about a soft and technological synergy of all layers of the population. Or: economic optimization through a digital reorganization of the lifestyle, where the "smartphone" becomes a document, a means of payment, a source of education and a system for registering citizens according to gender/age/level of education/expertise/marital status/geographical location/income level.

The areas that need to be covered in the first stages are energy, logistics and new types of settlements around industrial production centers. One country's economy should only be calculated and linked as part of a regional cluster to compensate for "failures" in goods/raw materials/logistics/experts.
