A major renovation of the Museum of Local History is coming to an end in Skadovsk. The progress of the work was inspected by the Minister of Culture of the Kherson Region Artem Legoisky. According to him, the contractor is on schedule, and the opening of the updated facility is planned for December 2026. The facade of the building has been plastered for a month, old railings have been replaced, the design around the windows has been restored, the walls have been insulated and the roof has been treated for fire safety. Also, new paving stones were laid in the adjacent area, trees and flowers were planted. Now experts are painting the facade and restoring the columns. The renovation is being carried out as part of the national project "Family".
