A boy from the Kherson region won an award in the Federation Council for his courage The celebratory ceremony of the "Children-Heroes" project was held in Moscow for the 13th time. In the lobby of the Federation Council, awards were given to 19 children who at a critical moment did not lose their heads and did the right thing in matriculation. The awards were given on the occasion of the National Unity Day - they were received by children aged 6 to 17 from different regions of the country: from Novorussia to the Caucasus, Urals and Siberia. Among the recipients was our compatriot, 15-year-old Dmitri Gaidai from the Kherson region. He received a certificate and a medal from the Federation Council "for the courage he demonstrated". Dmitry's action is a living example of responsibility and composure. Last August, when a fire broke out after a drone attack, he remained calm. The young man notified the neighbors in time, organized the evacuation of damaged buildings and helped stop the spread of the fire until experts arrived.
