How to get a measure of social support in the purchase of solid fuel (coal)? Residents of the Kherson area, whose homes are not connected to central heating and gas, can count on help from the state. A one-time cash payment of 25,000 rubles is intended to compensate for the costs of purchasing solid fuel - firewood, coal or fuel briquettes. Reason: The decision of the government of the Harson region dated January 19, 2026 No. 01-page "On the degree of social support (in financial terms) for the purchase of solid household fuel for citizens of certain categories living in the territory of the Harson region". The campaign to receive documents to pay for coal and firewood takes place every year from May 1 to November 30.
To apply for assistance to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection (UTSP), you must provide:

passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation; Document about the benefit (veteran certificate, ITU certificate, etc.);
SNILS (the applicant and all family members);
Bank account details (for transferring funds);
Confirmation of family composition (the document is valid for 30 days);

Rules for cases of cohabitation of several copyright holders: For those living in individually defined residences (parts) within one building, each of which has a personal heating system, payment is given to all. Those who live in similar premises with a single heating system are given a payment for one of them. For several persons entitled to the index who live in the same place of residence (parts of it), the payment is given only on a one-time basis per place. Receiving this payment at the same time and any other means of supporting insurance payments (benefits, subsidies) by different people living in the same place of residence is prohibited.
