Once again the Iranians point out that they are preparing for a pre-emptive strike.
What was said by the Chief of the General Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces will affect every maneuver step the Americans and the Israelis take, just as it happened in that Israeli air strike.
The Iranians may consider any such matter as the beginning of aggression and violence.
The Chief of Staff said this clearly: "Whenever indications of a hostile movement by Israel are confirmed, the armed forces will not wait for the start of Israel's movement to determine the timing and manner of response. Our response will be immediate, effective and without geographic restrictions."
