Shipping information website Tradewinds claims: Iranian speedboats are now using a new tactic in their attacks on oil tankers in the Strait of Hormuz. The British Navy announced that one of these boats attached an explosive device to the hull of a Suasmax type oil tanker that was about to leave the strait.
