20 million phones reached 70 million tomans! Seyed Hossein Sadat Hosseini, Chairman of the Mobile Committee of the Chamber of Commerce of Iran: Phones that once cost 15 to 20 million tomans, now they have reached 60 to 70 million tomans; although people's income has not increased at the same rate and their purchasing power has decreased greatly. The increase in the price of a 500 million toman phone to 530 or 540 million tomans may not exert the same pressure on the buyer, but three times the price of a 20 million toman phone puts heavy pressure on the weaker layers of society.
