The United Arab Emirates News Agency cited European sources: Germany, France and Britain have prepared a comprehensive, two-stage initiative to present to Iran and the United States. The basis for these negotiations will be the principles of the JCPOA. The first phase focuses on reaching an agreement to reopen the strait and lift part of the blockade. The second phase will include talks on reducing the level of uranium enrichment based on a specific timeline and monitoring Tehran's nuclear facilities, after which the blockade will be lifted.
