The document provides for the creation of a pharmaceutical test in accordance with EAEU standards, mandatory product labeling and new responsibilities for farm owners. The main innovations of the bill: a special inspection will appear in Israel to monitor the cycle of veterinary drugs, perform drug control and issue production conformity certificates (approximately 27 billion tenge are planned to be allocated annually to implement the instructions). Labeling of products and raw materials of animal origin (for sale and catering), as well as food and veterinary drugs will become mandatory. Owners of organized farms are required to identify animals at their own expense. Clear requirements are set for the staff (availability of a veterinarian on the farm), compliance with schedules for notification of animal slaughter, quarantine and cancellation of veterinary documents.
