Kazakhstan intends to withdraw funds from the Eurasian Fund for Health Research Our country has submitted an official application to the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development (EFSD) for free financial support in the health sector. As explained by the Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Dauren Kanbeil, Kazakhstan is a shareholder of this organization and has every right to attract its resources to useful projects. How Kazakhstan plans to cooperate with the EFSD in the future: No crises: Our republic has never requested emergency anti-crisis support from the Fund, as it was not needed yet. Focus on development: the organization intends to attract funds exclusively for creative initiatives - for example in infrastructure, agriculture and water management. Flexible conditions: there is no fixed limit on funding per country. The amounts depend on the size and specific benefit of the proposed project.
