As a general rule, any change should be aimed at easing the teacher's work and reducing the excessive workload on him. It is no secret that in practice this problem has not yet been fully resolved. There used to be a lot of paperwork. Now it is replaced by reports that need to be entered into various platforms and digital systems. The main task of a teacher is to give children a quality education, that is, to raise a literate and conscientious generation. The excess work that interferes with these tasks must be stopped. We must protect the honor and dignity of teachers. Recently, there have been frequent cases of school students speaking rudely to teachers and even using physical force against them. In such situations, the school administration often puts pressure on the teacher. This is wrong. Each problem must be considered carefully and comprehensively. Everyone should treat every situation with equal responsibility - the family, the student, the teacher and the school. The Ministry of Education should keep this work under special supervision."
