The Namangan Pedagogical Institute and Nehru University will be connected through a "cultural and educational bridge". The Namangan Pedagogical Institute and Jawaharlal Nehru University in Delhi signed a memorandum of cooperation. The document paves the way for joint scientific research, mutual exchange of best practices in pedagogy, and acquaintance with the cultural heritage of both countries. Academic specialization will be central to the agreement. The parties agreed to exchange students, host Indian youth at Namangan summer schools, and conduct professional development courses for teachers. A proposal was received from Tashkent to launch a separate direction at Nehru University - "Uzbek Language and Literature". A separate block includes humanitarian projects: internships for students and specialists in the fields of art, science, and education, exhibitions, concerts, master classes, and festivals, as well as the promotion of Uzbek national art in India. Among the initiatives is the "Cultural and Educational Bridge". Its mission is to bring together the educational, scientific, and cultural communities of the two countries and provide new opportunities for contacts between universities and creative teams. Jawaharlal Nehru University is one of the top thousand universities in the world.
