By 2028, Actova intends to start large-scale production of paper and cardboard. In the industrial area of ​​Aktobe, a factory was built that can process up to 150 tons of waste paper daily. Upon reaching its design capacity, the project will produce 42,000 tons of products per year and create over 300 jobs. The company will start producing corrugated paper and cardboard used to create packaging materials. The annual plan provides for the production of 18 thousand tons of paper and 24 thousand tons of cardboard. It is planned that raw materials for the future factory will come from the western regions of Kazakhstan. The operation of the project is planned for 2028.
