Libya's representative at the UN Security Council meeting: Iran's right to carry out peaceful nuclear activities must be respected in full accordance with the NPT and defense obligations. All states must be committed to the three main pillars of the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT), including non-proliferation, disarmament and the peaceful uses of atomic energy.
