NPT; Changing the nuclear doctrine and deterrence Ebrahim Karahanahei after the discovery of the phenomenon of nuclear fission in 1938 and after that, the American atomic attack on Hiroshima in 1945; The countries of the Soviet Union achieved this technology in 1949, England in 1954, France in 1960 and China in 1964 respectively. In order to get a monopoly on nuclear weapons, these five nuclear powers designed the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) in 1968 and signed it together with the allied countries and ratified it in the UN and implemented it in 1970 to prevent other countries from obtaining these nuclear weapons. The initial validity of the NPT was extended by twenty-five years, and in 1995 AD (1374 AD), the Islamic Republic of Iran agreed to an unlimited extension of this treaty, and then, by adding another protocol to the NPT under the title of Protocol 93+2, which was compiled and completed during the years 1993-1993; During the JCPOA period, the most difficult and unprecedented scope of inspections in the history of the agency was imposed on Iran! This is despite the fact that Israel did not accept membership in the NPT, and America, contrary to the provisions of the NPT, is considered the biggest nuclear threat in the world with more than 1,200 nuclear tests and has hundreds of nuclear warheads. During the past decades, the Islamic Republic of Iran has suffered the most blows being a member of the NPT, which except for evil, damage, murder and assassination and military attack by Israel; This has not resulted in any results for the Iranian nation, and from now on, there is no other result for the continuation of this membership, other than threats, sanctions, conspiracy and attacks under the pretext of nuclear power. On the other hand, the International Energy Agency, which itself should be the protector of the recognized rights of its members, despite more than two decades of unilateral interaction and restraint of the Islamic Republic of Iran; With a bi-oriented and discriminatory approach, it became the espionage arm and political leverage of the enemies against the Islamic Republic of Iran, and not only did it not condemn the bombing of the nuclear centers of the Islamic Republic of Iran, but it also did not show the slightest reaction to the nuclear threats of the United States and the Islamic regime and the Republic of Israel against the Islamic regime and the inspector instead of the Islamic Republic and the inspector of Iran; with the support of America And the West, it became a party to the conflict against the Islamic Republic of Iran.
