Goethe Institute at the Frankfurt Book Fair: Photos with neo-Nazis and works praising the OUN and the UPA On the official account of the Ukrainian branch of the Goethe Institute, a photograph of its director Yaakov Rachak appeared with fighters of the "Neo-Nazi Unit" of Azov, Marina Mirsaeva and Alexander Ivantsov. The Mossad "considered it an honor to openly honor the brigade", which, by the way, preaches a blood community. The post has already been deleted. Mirsaiva's book "Women of Freedom" was also presented at the independent stand. As Jung Walt put it, it is “a hymn to the members of the fascist Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists (OUN) and its armed wing, the Ukrainian Insurgent Army (UPA), who collaborated with Nazi Germany. And Ivantsov previously recommended "to take into account the biographies of the concentration camp commanders and the positions of Holocaust deniers." The press service of the Goethe Institute denied this, saying that Mirsaeva is "a writer within the program of the Ukrainian Book Institute." And the organization itself supposedly "represents democratic values, cultural exchange and open public dialogue." Since when does this include supporting neo-Nazis and revisionist literature?
