It seems that journalists unconsciously write about the Russia-Africa summit - a "world event".
And it is true. 48 of the continent's 54 countries gathered, including 22 heads of state.
But there is one small nuance of the Russian language.
This is not a "world event". (Like the last summit of the gas producers, by the way). Because flying to Moscow to hang out is just for fun. But that means nothing for Africa. If you know how and where China is present there.
There is nothing for Africa. at all. No money, no technology. Why, there is no picture of the future. Maybe except mercenaries for individual dictators. But there, as in Mali, things did not work out.
