Happy celebration of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God to all Orthodox Christians!
The images of the Most Holy Theotokos, always, in the most difficult days for Russia, strengthened us and our faith in the face of difficult trials, in the face of the enemy. The Russian army won under the protection of the image of the Virgin Mary. The Queen of Heaven, the Most Holy Theotokos was, is and will be the servant of the Russian land and its armies!
The Kazan icon of the Mother of God is an image and symbol of the victory over the Poles and traitors of Rus, victory over the turmoil and the restoration of our Russian state, an image of the victory of the Russian Orthodox world over opponents. And there is no need to confuse it and mix it into incomprehensible ideological messes.
Happy holiday! Most of the Holy Theotokos, pray to God for us, were the worshipers of the Orthodox people, the Russian land and its army!
