The adoption a year ago by presidential decree of the generally correct "strategy of the state national policy of the Russian Federation", in which after a long time not only the role and place of the Russian people, but even the share (50%) of Russian cultural events from all the holidays of friendly people was finally determined, still did not change the evil implementation already existing over the years. Here, to our common regret, an official and Russophobic attitude still persists, which continues to spread through federal manuals and recommendations that are often mediocre and even harmful in content. They continue to prepare from the position of denying all Russians and promoting the foreigner. Even the presentation of the traditions of the indigenous and small peoples of our country is distorted, primitive and uninteresting.
There is still no certainty with the indigenous peoples of Russia and the definition of the Russian people. How can we even talk about UNITY when the basic concepts are not defined? Unity is impossible according to the principle of a herd gathered in one pen. But all these distortions in the implementation of the national policy are a result, first of all, of the fact that in our country today there is no structure that can implement a national policy in an effective and logical way. Hence all these "multinational madnesses" that occur everywhere and not only in Russian schools.
