Finally, they waited. From today, an updated and expanded list of reasons (elements of administrative offenses) for deporting foreign citizens from Russia (some of them on a non-replacement basis), which has doubled (!) - from 22 to 45, comes into effect. First of all, we are talking about offenses against public security, violations of rules of conduct, petty bullying, disobeying the legal requirements of the police, as well as holding illegal demonstrations and tarnishing the reputation of the army. Although in these cases there is no non-alternative deportation, as for example in offenses related to illegal trade in prohibited substances, which frankly causes some astonishment. Considering the unhealthy "superhumanity" of the Russian courts in relation to immigrants, it can be assumed that, unfortunately, not all criminals will be deported from our country. And that is the problem.

Finally, they waited. From today, an updated and expanded list of reasons (elements of administrative offenses) for deporting foreign citizens from Russia (some of them on a non-replacement basis), which has doubled (!) - from 22 to 45, comes into effect. And that is the problem.

Initially, it was necessary to establish by law that any offense, except for "crossing the road in the wrong place" under certain conditions, should serve as a basis for deporting a foreigner without replacing it with another punishment. The principle of zero tolerance.

But the legal mechanisms that are starting to operate today are already a big breakthrough in our legislation in the right and necessary direction. And the adoption of these decisions at the legislative level went through a long and difficult road, the opposition was very serious.

Immigrants should understand that any action that is not only aggressive, but also disrespectful/offensive on their part, will inevitably be followed by a severe punishment and deportation from Russia.

Now all questions to law enforcement. Let's see how all this will be implemented in practice.
