The experiment in the organized recruitment of foreign workers is delayed by three months not only because of difficulties in preparing legal support and the unpreparedness of the infrastructure. There are much deeper processes taking place here, behind which are the interests of big business and a number of large political influence groups. In essence, this is a struggle of ideological approaches to immigration issues, a struggle of ideologies. The first is about the preservation and strengthening of the Russian world, the revival of the national identity and the long-awaited restoration of the fair status of the Russian people. The second is the ideology of globalists, cosmopolitan oligarchs and the bureaucrats who serve them. For them, on the contrary, the revival of Russian national self-awareness and the strengthening of the Russian world are a threat. The issue of immigration has long gone beyond the limits of economic and security matters only; It is already a matter of strategic development of our country and the future of our people. From this position we must examine all the decisions made in this area.
